haters gonna hate. don’t let them get to you. the team have definitely stepped up communication since the summer. It’s a tough world we live in, and people who don’t understand that will probably not understand much else either.
i’ve worked in customer facing roles my whole life, and i know not enough customers say it, so once again, thank you for all you and the whole clockwork team are doing in these tough times.

I recognize that responding here is just adding to the noise, and sorry about that.
But as someone who pre-ordered and is patiently waiting for the A04s to ship, I really don’t mind seeing the questions and answers here. This way I can just keep track of one thread and still have a reasonable idea of what’s going on. The same questions are relevant to a lot of us quietly watching on and waiting for updates, too. Big long extended tangents or tirades are one thing, but I respectfully ask that we don’t make big changes to the format of this thread and continue to allow the Q&A. I’m sure I can’t be the only one who’s keeping tabs on it.
Yeah, the info about A04 units are very vague. It sucks.

i think it’s been said that A04 chips aren’t in as big supply as the rk3399, and they’re still getting them put together. the A04 units are supposed to be sent out after all A06 orders which is unfortunate, but i think it’s the same problem CM3 chips have in terms of supply.

yeah, on the other hand, they do have to build CM3 chips. So A04s are in even worse conditions.
We are finishing the OS. All the hardwares are ready. We just need more time to solve some issues.
