yes same he try to manage the CM4, since the order was placed 7–8 months ago.
In my case has been cleared by China and going to USA to be processed by the people there, is now being airlifted…

Order 468XX, the black Non-Core version without the 4G module, was placed on December 29, 2025.
I received a shipping notification from FedEx on July 31, 2026, and I am currently waiting for delivery to Poland.

It has arrived! from very very far away but it is here! Now I just need t get my raspberry pi 4 xD
So, I just received my FedEx tracking number, along with a duties bill of $45.
I waited 9 months to get this far.
I ordered an additional 2 from resellers. I paid $14 more for the individual uConsoles but I had no duties to pay… So.. it was actually LESS to order from resellers.
The 2 units I ordered from resellers I received in less then a week from the time I ordered.
It is my opinion, that the resellers are the priority to ClockworkPi, and that is an impact on customer support / relations.

@Mr.Hotwire I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, in India we don’t have any reseller that stocks or delivers the uConsole, so I don’t really have that option. Ordering directly from ClockworkPi is my only choice, which means I just have to wait for my order to be fulfilled.
In many cases to have resellers is also a stochastic process due to the current tariff war between annoyances with developmental issues…
