# Keypad connector broken

On 23/07 I received my GameShell, when trying to connect the cables the connector of the keypad broke off.

I don’t know if this is my fault, it probably is, or that the connector was loose already.

That same day I already sent an email to [help@clockworkpi.com](mailto:help@clockworkpi.com) but so far I have not received a response. I would like to know if there would be some way for me to obtain a replacement keypad PCB. Is there anyone who could help me with this question?

I got the same issue , we are not the only one .

They sent me new connectors and cables im still waiting them .

Since its weekend you have to wait

I would like to also thank you for the quick response, it feels really good that you are trying to solve the problem. My connector was also broken and I got an answer in an hour!
