# Messed up order and missing battery

@ManlyStump, @Godzil, We have sent the replacement batteries to our shipping company, for these low value item, ePacket is the only option, we don’t have tracking number from them yet. My guess is that they are now in transit to Hong Kong, I will keep you posted with new updated info. I would recommend buying a backup battery first as you might need one anyway.

About the safety googles. Yeah a little funny actually, but they did mention it in the shipping update see step 7. I guess just a precaution for kids with cutters. That’s why I never questioned them. I knew they were coming.

Actually great. I just started roofing and didn’t have to buy safetys. THANK YOU CLOCKWORK
