.bin files are showing up, but no MD files, although they should be compatible with the PicoDrive+ emulator. Any thoughts?

let them stay in the Zip files. PicoDrive reads ZIP

all my roms (.md) are inside a .zip folder is there any other emulator that works with .md files?
