# Purchased a Gameshell

I just bought a Gameshell and was wondering do they typically let you know when it gets mailed off to you?

Yes they do, sort of. I bought mine early in February, because of Chinese New Year nothing happened until the end of February and they emailed me to say they had printed the postage label. No more updates after that for about a fortnight, so I asked for a refund, and miraculously FedEx emailed to say it was finally in transit a few hours later.

Just don’t expect it soon, and keep emailing [help@clockworkpi.com](mailto:help@clockworkpi.com) to ask for updates, they’ll eventually get it out to you, hopefully.
