# Ri Pi Newbie Need Help Getting Retro Pie to work on my Uconsole cm4 emmc

Looong time lurker first time poster … I got my pie 2 days after christmas been messing around with it in my free time … I can’t seem to get retro pie working no matter how i configure it … can someone break it down for me best way to do it ?? … I have a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 CM4108032 on it 2 low profile 64gb cards i have been using , have balenaEtcher,rpiboot, rasberry pi imager , and a Waveshare cm4-io-base-A io- board… and help Deeeply appreciated !!

With the CM4 with emmc you need to flash the emmc on the waveshare board, the sd card slot will be disabled.  
Here’s a retropie image made for the uConsole just flash, boot, setup account, add roms.
