Sg.

Sorry to hear that! (I understand and can speak a bit of German, but honestly I fed your post into Google Translate.)

You could ask [alex@clockworkpi.com](mailto:alex@clockworkpi.com) what component they use for the switch so you can order one and solder it onto your PicoCalc (or perhaps you could even order the part from Alex directly, like I did with my glass, especially if it was custom-made for the PicoCalc?).

Thanks for your sympathy. The microswitch has completely torn off the circuit board. The two soldering points are still on the circuit board. I’ll try to solder wires to them (I’ve already installed the RTC, so I can still solder). I’m still looking for a microswitch, which I’ll install in the rear slope, preferably from the inside. I was looking for a better soldering point using the circuit diagram, but it doesn’t look good.

I’ll send you a picture later this weekend when I have time.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think it’s a push-button, not a switch (Taster, nicht Schalter). You can double check with a multimeter and measure the conductivity, if you still have the old one, or look on the schematic for the symbol. Hope that helps!

Edit: is indeed a push-button, but the question if it’s double and is responsible to connect pin 29 and pin 30 to the ground. I’ll have a look today when I am at home. My PicoCalc is as well disassembled since I broke my display and I wait for the replacement. I’ll let you know.

Ich glaube findest du here etwas dass passt genau: [VooGenzek Pack of 250 Tactile Push Button Switch Micro Switch Tactile Button Assortment Kit, 10 Value Health Gear Micro Button Switches for Car Remote Control Button, with Plastic Box : Amazon.de: Business, Industry & Science](https://amzn.eu/d/cv53asC)

Gehäuse in Ordnung:

So, Picocalc repariert.

</div>

</div>

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex029/uploads/clockworkpi/original/2X/e/ee690da4d7d8a24cca6a7600d7bf897bf9c8c6a8.jpeg)

</div>
