Bizarre, DHL Tracking Number is normally composed from 10 numbers.  
Have you ever followed your package successfully with this number “9361269903503480096735” ?

This was sent to me from Clockworks and the number of several days was tracked in the status “we expect a parcel”

I’m sorry. It looks like DHL stop updating these Postal packages during the Chinese New Year holidays. We are trying to get a response from the shipping company as soon as possible. I will keep you posted.
