TPS61178 Possible fix

This is waveform on SW pin of TPS61178 boost, when battery voltage around 3.6v. I think it’s possible reason of audio noise. I will try to fix this.

I would love to see a fix for this. It drives my wife nuts when I’m working on the uconsole around her.

I solder a new 1.8uH 17A inductor ant two big tantalum capacitors. It’s almost fixes this

Better photo. I replaced the stock inductor and capacitors. Inductor: Vishay IHLP4040DZER1R8M11. Capacitors: 293D337X0010D2TE3. I think so replacing caps is optional.
