GitHub Repo Naming Update

I wanted to give everyone a heads-up about the repo name changes that I made. As many of you know, the original GitHub repos were created specifically for ClockworkPi devices, which is why I used names like ClockworkPi-apt and ClockworkPi-linux. Over time, however, these repos have grown beyond their original scope.
