# Virtual T Emulator errors

I’m still fairly new to Linux and am trying to get the Virtual T (TRS-80 Model 100 emulator) running on my Devterm A04.

I installed it via the [sourceforge](https://sourceforge.net/projects/virtualt/files/) page download. It errors out when I launch it saying that it can’t find “lib libjpeg.so.9” which I suspect is simply a pathing issue as I’ve updated libjpeg-dev successfully.

Is there an easier way to run/install it on an A04 or am I missing something else?
