Awesome, I also printed out the cased with the manifold issue. No actual deformity showed up in the print so think it was just t hat overhang.

Design is now finished:

Printables is updated.

Please keep in mind this is for the Luckfox Lyra, to easier swap the sdcard. It is not indented to swap the sbc, at least I don’t have tried it.

will you publish these files?

I have added the STEP and STL files to Thingiverse, if you are interested, please take a look.

Not really finished. After I got a lot of request to make the case to allow to remove the SBC I went back to the drawing board:

Do you have a link to this Antenna you using here.

It was delivered with a lora board.
I think they are quite standard ones.

Was this the lora board you ordered I just found this on AliExpress:
£29.31 | Diymore 433-510MHZ/ 863-928MHZ Wireless stick lite ESP32+LoRa V3 development board compatible with ESP32-S3 node Type - C
https://a.aliexpress.com/_EIIFvIE

it was from a board i allready have for 5 years. i used the antenna only for fitting tests. i am not sure if it is feasable, i have first to figure out the hardware and the software requirements.

I have added a new version to Thingivese with updates to the bottom case shape, etc.

When this bottom plate (BTM4006.stl) is attached to the PicoCalc, the overall thickness increases by 2mm, making it incompatible with the standard PicoCalc stand.
Therefore, I designed a custom stand that fits perfectly and uploaded the design files to Thingiverse.
Note that the design of the front panel is based on “pico-calc-cover” (by philosiraptor):
Thank you, @philosiraptor, for the excellent PicoCalc cover design!

You’re the man! Thank you for your hard work.

I’ve been using your custom case for months now. I did print out sn0ren’s stand a few weeks back too, but once I noticed his stand wouldn’t work with your case, I just stopped using the stand haha

But thanks to you, now I can use a stand again! I’m about to print this out

Thank you.
I always admire your excellent work on developing Picoware.
While watching your series of videos about PicoCalc, I was very surprised and pleased to see this backplate featured in one of them.
I would also appreciate it if you could try out this stand as well.
(I think it provides a good angle for easy keyboard access, even when the PicoCalc is placed on the stand.)

Thanks for checking out my work and video content. I’ve been a bit under the weather, but I do have many updates and videos planned :fire:

I just finished printing your stand. It’s really awesome!! I took about 1.5 hours to print, but I really like how you took the standard stand to the next level. I think the finger prints on the back are helpful and everything feels really sturdy. I do indeed like the improved angle and will hopefully make recording content easier!

I’ll have a video up on this stand sometime this week. I also have a spare Raspberry Pi Zero 2W laying around, so I’ll check that out and do a video review on it too

Have a great week!!

Awesome work!!! It is so tempting to get some of these printed in transparent!!!
