They ship with the Pico 1. If you want another one, you need to buy it yourself. They’re pretty cheap.

I do like that since the DevTerm we’ve kept the same little design motif for the arrow keys, I hope that sticks with future products.

Thanks! I ordered the unit then turned around and ordered a pico 2 with wifi… there is already an image out there for full linux..
but for another board, not pico 2w
yea I just realized that … won’t hurt to update the processor.. need a Lyra processor instead.. sigh..
The hardware is compatible but you’ll have to get third party software to run on it since the official PicoCalc version only runs on the Pico 1.
One of the maintainers has put up a modified version of the firmware image, which folks have successfully used a Pico 2/2W with, in here.
