The lesson learned is: Don’t order the CM4 bundled with the uConsole, buy it yourself.

if clockwork sent you a dead one, contact them, you have warranty and while Alex isn’t great with questions about how long it will take to ship, from everything I’ve seen people post he is very good at dealing with broken or missing parts.
