If you are asking how to make one I made a little guide on Github if you want to see what to do now that the SDK doesn’t let you make one anymore. I mostly made it so I wouldn’t forget what to do. So you can give me some feedback 
. Now we have a Yocto layer we probably don’t need it. Maybe I need to learn Yocto now.
