The trackball on my A06 Dev Term is starting to fail. Is there a way to use the gampad to control the mouse pointer instead of the trackball?

Thank you for the response. So happy that there is an option here. I will give it a shot.
I think that the trackball in my Dev Term is dirty because it can’ move the pointer left (up, down and right work fine).
One moment, I’m just updating the fw. A few minutes.
Edit: alright v5 is ready. Easy installer included.

Or, if you do not want to tinker with your keyboard firmware, apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-joystick.
