Thank you. I’m up and running now
I tested the latest DragonOS from REX, and SDR++ in that package work fine (i can ear the audio). I have the AIO SDR/LORA/GPS kit…
Then i install the mandatory package (that install and configure the AIO kit).. Lora work.. GPS work… but SDR++ brown can’t ear anything now… Same from CubicSDR and SRD Angel..
in SDR++ Brown, i only have “none” or “network” as choice…
SDR Trunk is there.. don’t know what’s for.. but i can ear the “audio test” from the app
I added this in case, on the /boot/firmware/config.txt file
dtoverlay=audremap-pi5,pins_12_13
but with no luck for all DragonOS SDR software…
I’ve been installing [cm5] and [hackers guardget] and [bookworm6.12] on the uconsole since yesterday and setting up the programs.
The SDR antenna worked normally and I listened to the radio for the first time in a long time.
When I run “tar1005”, the information on the plane appears, so I think gps works well.
However, in PyGPS-Client, even if I select and run the second item, it says no fix at the top like the picture, and the bottom picture has little movement (sometimes changing) and the map is not displayed.
Did I make a mistake? What should I try?
If I go nuclear with this, I can make it all [hackers guardget]. Help.
the PyGPSclient takes some time because its calibrating. for me it usually took around 15~20 minutes to get some data.
tar1090 only uses the SDR, no gps
Make sure you have direct to sky for 10-15 minutes. you should get some movement.. and after a while, with enough satellites, you get a fix.
I didn’t think about that. I got some this morning. Thank you
I’ll delete it before and leave a question again because there are restrictions on writing
When I was installing the program through the pi-app store, icons such as meshtastet mui, web, and tor1005 disappeared.
So I got os again and I saw it when I installed the aio package, but I tried to install other programs again today and the icon disappeared again.
Has anyone had this experience?
hmm. from what I know, there are programs that can have dependency issues. usually when that happens, it would auto remove the previously installed program to avoid any issue.
Thank you. I’m trying to reinstall os by changing the program installation order. If it still doesn’t work, I’ll try to install them one by one.
Using the aio package, dsr++ works well.
By the way, I would like to try using “welle.io” and “DSRangel” using the aio package, will this work?
I believe so, On DragonOS, SDRAngel works fine however, the CM5 I’m using is getting pretty hot, might need to get some heat sink with active cooling for prolonged use. no idea on welle.io though, sorry.
you gave really good answer to me . thank you
I have the exact same problem (although currently running on a CM4; soon CM5).
Did you ever find a solution, @Banshees?
Do you have an idea, @Rex?
Didn’t trouble shoot SDR angel, but I assume i assume the same fix on a config file will be required.
seems I’m running into this error with the Lora Module…

Hi there, is anyone have tried to install on kali with latest Rex image, on my Bookworm image it’s fine but no success on kali.
Now I’ve attached hacksgadget AIO to uconsole, so SDR++ is working fine.
And I saw a video of DSRangel working on Dragon OS a few days ago.
By the way, is Tempest SDR also possible in uconsole?
Rex said it’s a dependency issue.
