Mine started with the Pocket C.H.I.P. for SIGINT (rtl_sdr, rtl_433, dump1090, etc) & Wifi & Bluetooth analysis (horst, kismet, bluez, etc). Let’s just say the capabilities of the uConsole with the HackerGadgets AIO Board are light-years ahead.
Well, guess it started with this boy here. I think the only networking it had was IR to other devices. But it could turn off TV´s, which as a kid in the early 90´s was pretty close to hacking
Then around 2010 i got an OpenPandora. Had full wifi and bluetooth, and also an interface port that could be used for fun stuff. Unfortunately the device kinda failed, so not much was developed for it, but still had a lot of fun with it. Even ported some games to ARM for it, and used it as a controller for an RC car.
More recently i got a HackRF Portapack H2, not really a cyberdeck, but close. And its fun, but i honestly use it more connected to PC as just a hackRF. Although it can be useful to get away from RF noise a bit.
Now patiently waiting for the UConsole. Also ordered the AIO board indeed, and enjoying the pre-fun here while i get more things ready for it
