couldn’t you just use a USB webcam and PC software for this though? What specifically do you need the devterm for?
For having it in the pocket or backpack

Oh, I assumed the tracking tags would be on his body and a camera would be directed at him for tracking purposes.
It would be an external video processor. Video processing is taxing you know!
