Hey everyone, I’ve been working on a reverse engineered modular backplate for the Picocalc that supports stock hardware, plus some mods like the Luckfox Lyra. It’s designed for FFF printing and includes some layout variants and daughtercard support. I just posted the repo on GitHub, the readme goes into a deeper dive than the overview here.
There are a few versions in the repo, one for custom designs, another for the Luckfox Lyra and, a third with corner bumpers and connector mods. The models print cleanly in PETG and has a few nice usability features like a live hinge opening back and added internal keyboard support for crispier clicks.
Hope it helps anyone else tinkering with custom builds and I’m happy to answer questions or help fork it for other setups (i’ll also come back to post more photos after the new user media cap cooldown)!
