Thanks to the help and contributions from users in this forum, I’m rewriting a version of Sokoban that I originally wrote in 2014 for the HP Prime calculator.
Of course, the BASIC on that calculator and the BASIC on the PicoCalc are very different, but little by little I’m making progress.
The preliminary version is already playable, and everything works correctly.
I’m finishing up polishing the menus and the screens between levels. I might also add some sound, and possibly even a scoreboard showing the players who solved each level in the shortest time.
I haven’t planned to include a level editor, but one can be created quite easily by hand. For now, I have 40 playable levels.
I hope to come back in a few days with a version I can share with you.
