UConsole CM5 not working at all

The WiFi need to be connected to the CM5 not the main board. It should also not be stuck to the case, it causes interference and won’t work right.

The battery tray also doesn’t look fully seated. Refer to this post on how it should look.

The ribbon cable for the screen doesn’t look fully inserted on the left side, try inserting it all the way and have it even going across.

Please explain in detail the correct way to insert the screen ribbon. The battery board is connected properly and can be charged. I thought there was a problem with the core or the main board.

The situation remains unchanged even with CM4, leaving me at a loss. I no longer know whether the product itself is defective or not.

the fingers of the battery board connector should be fully inside the connector. The current situation makes contact but can’t handle higher currents as well.

the ribbon cable should be parallel when fully inserted, it looks like the left side is slightly out.

Is it still insufficient? I replaced it with CM4 and installed the Raspberry Pi OS for CM4.

Raspberry pi os won’t work. You need a custom kernel with the driver’s for the screen and power chip to get video and USB working. There are several custom images that work in the forum.

Try this one flash it without applying any custom settings.

Thank you. I’ll give it a try for now.

The screen is displayed, and the OS has been installed successfully. Thank you.

The Wi-Fi antenna was attached with double-sided tape with a sponge, preventing it from directly touching the casing, and it was able to recognize Wi-Fi normally.
