What coding can I put into the GS? How?

I’m just wondering what coding do I need to know to put it inside GS and how.

it is a linux , so any linux coding will be ok

100% sure
the interface of the GS is made by python(pygame)

Out of the box you can run Python, Love2d, Pico-8, TIC-80 and as it’s Linux you can probably install anything else you want.
