What should I do?

Official OS images for all uConsole flavors can be downloaded here:

After you unzip the image using 7zip or a compatible tool it is time to write the image to your SD card. If you are on Windows or MacOS use this tool to write the image to your SD card (this tool also works on Linux, not sure why the readme specifies needing to use DD to write the image if you are on Linux):
