Hello @dotsony! I’m trying to install Sway on Rex’s Debian Trixie (mini version without DM) and I can’t start sway due to errors How to install Sway to the uConsole on CM5?. How did you installed Sway on your device? What distro did you use?
the installation script is in src/install-deps.sh, but was written for debian 11/12. It may need some tweaks to work on trixie, as package names may have changed. You are of course free to read it and follow the steps manually. It is mostly just a set of packges, plus copying my configs to the right place.

I started with the Non-GUI Light image and then installed “sway” as I would on every Debian distro. In the meantime I switched the Uconsle to KDE Plasma (same install procedure) but I don’t remember any major issues installing Sway that way.
I just realized you’re using a CM5. I only tested mine on the CM4, since that’s all I have. The CM5 may need some additional steps to work, or at least the most recent OS image.
