Does anyone know if there is another RISC V SOC that has more cores? I almost bought one of these but decided that a single core and 1GB of ram wasn’t enough, even considering the price. 4 cores and 4GB is about my minimum these days, even if it costs $100usd for the board. Granted that maybe I’m wrong considering the architecture, but the reviews I’ve seen on other RISC V with single core were enough to tell me to wait.
No. A big part of the reason for the popularity of the R-01 is that it’s truly the first affordable RISC-V system on module or even SBC that offers RISC-V 64 and usable performance.
