Is there a Facebook group for communication and support or is this the only avenue for communication?

There is this forum, and GitHub, that have the ClockworkPi folks themselves present (as far as I know?). There’s a subreddit but that is more peer support. There are various GitHub repos and blog posts from individuals.

Is there a reason why Facebook would be a good solution for you, vs this forum?

Good point, although there’s no dedicated DevTerm channel on Discord, so depending on your question you may end up in hardware/software/Linux channels etc.
