First day with PicoCalc

Was quite straightforward to build and managed to get firmware onto the Pico H and discovered the preloaded code on the SD card.

Loaded ‘mand.bas’ and ran it - seemed ok except the image is grayscale instead of color. Is that a hardware issue or a bug in the Basic program?

(I tried ‘OPTION COLOURCODE ON’ and got colour code in EDIT mode, so guess it’s not hardware.)

I haven’t looked at the code, so I’m not sure it should be color.

But it comes up as grayscale on mine.

That’s the way the mand program was written. It’s not a bug in your system.

Thanks for all the feedback. Been a very long time since I even looked at Basic!
Good to know I’ve got it working as intended
