How do you guys get the uconsole trackball to work reliably? It kind of works, but no matter which orientation I put it in, the speed is extremely unreliable and sometimes it just completely ignores a swipe and it’s hard to use that way. I tried less and more pressure with the case and I can’t figure it out.

Mine began acting normal all of a sudden after 3 days of use. When I first used it it could barely move in a direction. The sticky lubricant needs to run out then the ball will feel rough naturally and move where you want it.
This QMK thing fixed it for me.
