Rex when you will prepare 7 version? is it stable already?
It just came out a few days ago and I’m going though some stuff right now, Posted here. I’ll definitely get at it when I find and get settled in a new place.
I have fixed the bootloader behavior, the new release will not stuck after power surge.
I’m having the same issue in reference to not booting after first boot/ config.
Cm5 lite 16gb wifi
Eeprom updated. Not sure if correct though. I don’t have all the nvme boards, so the one I found was from the Rpi OS page page and used those settings. Ubuntu and rpi are continuing to boot fine.
I have been using this version of ParrotOS and it has been excellent. It runs very smoothly on my uConsole with CM5, and in fact, it has become my daily use distribution.
Unfortunately, I recently performed an update and did not realize it would upgrade to version 7.1, which ended up breaking my setup.
Would there be any possibility of releasing an updated image based on version 7.1?
Thank you very much for the great work!.
I’ve been careful with my uConsole, broke one of my PC Parrot installs trying to upgrade to 7. And truth be told, I hate the new default desktop, think I’m going to wipe and reinstall with the Mate desktop and theme like version 6.
Hi everyone, I’ve been struggling for two weeks to update my Parrot OS on a ClockworkPi. Currently, I strongly suggest avoiding a full update. Every time I run upgrade, the process encounters massive dependency breaks (mostly related to the t64 transition). Even if the process finishes, applications stop launching, and the OS fails to boot after a restart, stuck at a blinking cursor. Has anyone successfully navigated the current libc6 and t64 library migration on ARM? I’m currently forced to reinstall the OS every time I try to update. Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
Rex placed a new image of this distro, works perfect.
Cheers Rex, and thanks for all your work
I have a current uConsole with CM5 and now changed from Kali to ParrotOS, how do I get my 4G module activated? With Kali it was only an order, this apparently does not exist at ParrotOS
