RetroArch won’t boot

Was playing Gameboy game fine. Quit back to launcher… now EVERYRHING crashes to launcher.

Permission error…? Anyone else have this prob? I could just recompile EVERYRHING I guess but damn

EDIT: I tried reinstalling retroarch using @fr500 Megathread. Everything crashes. Only thing that opens is Cave Story. The font for all my hotkey overlays is all messed up too. If I load another core from the menu of Cave Story, I’m kicked to launcher

Type these commands in terminal

cd ~/.config/retroarch

rm retroarch.cfg

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/clockworkpi/GameShellDocs/master/retroarch.cfg
