Nice, thanks for sharing. Have you thought about sharing your design files? I am a fan of 26650 batteries so I would need to modify the model to make the whole cover deeper if I wanted to print this.
Something that is GLARING that I’m surprised no one has done yet… It to add some kind of support to the center section of the back cover, to support/equalize the pressure on the CM4/5 to ensure good contact for heat dispersion. The front has mid line screws, the rear really should too.
I absolutely will share the design files. What format do you want them in? I designed it in OnShape.
I think that would require a redesign of the midframe, I know that one of the PCB’s overlaps the midline screw. I am already working on a design that matches the Shroud that is out there which will make it even more rigid. It is pretty thick so even with PLA there is not much flex down the sides.
