Im working on one almost same as that, dual lipo, same little nvme adapter and hackergadgets aiov2. I dont have a cm5 cooler yet was thinking of using a nintendo switch v1 heatpipe/fins and blower fan i got on ebay. but may end up going with something like you have. Your lipos look bigger than the ones I have. I got 2 lishen 3.85v lipoHV 9.8x58x102 10000mah. If you got some calipers on hand and get some measurements / write out specs of ur batteries, and maybe some pictures and lmk anything else specific, I could tweak mine for you. Or send the files if you want to tweak it urself. I just been using freecad. I imported the official step file for the uconsole and made a binder of the back cover geometry as a starting point then add in battery hump and what not.
