I just got my track pad keyboard from lulu at hack2you, got it installed but the L- left click button doesnt release. I hear it physically release its clicks, but on the uconsole the left click holds until restart. Just curious if anyone has any pointers or ideas.

Take the keyboard membrane and light diffuser off and try it. Just keep pressing down where the keyboard connect to make sure it does not pop off. Should be an easy test. You can also try an online keyboard tester to see what happens visually.
Without the membrane and diffuser it works properly, one of them is holding the button down. Ill have to look deeper into it. Thank you for the recommendation!
Hi, I just received my trackpad and have the same issue. Left mouse button works normally as long as the front plate is off, but seems to become stuck once the front plate is reinstalled (tried multiple times). Any ideas on how to resolve this yet? Thanks in advance.
Update: not tightening the two middle screws of the front plate seems to solve the problem, at least for now.
