Trixie 6.12.y for the uConsole and DevTerm

I just tested on a fresh image fully updated and it works for me.

have you installed any other software?

Thanks for checking.

Yes, after installing the fresh image and updating it, I installed a few additional packages, including SDR++ for RTL-SDR testing.

I don’t know whether any of them is related to the crash.

I also noticed something similar on my DragonOS installation. After the repository label changed (from ClockworkPi Github to ak-rex Github) and I updated the system, rpcc also stopped working after installing all available updates.

In addition, one package on DragonOS (clockworkpi-kernel) currently fails to install during the upgrade, while the rest of the packages update normally.

The GDB backtrace always points to:

load_system_tab()
init_plugin()
librpcc_rc_gui.so

If it helps, I can flash another fresh image and test again step by step to determine exactly which package or action triggers the crash.

sounds like you didn’t accept the repo change. if you just hit enter then it did accept it as the default is not to. that will leave a few things not able to update properly.

Thanks. I actually accepted the repository label change by explicitly answering “y” (or the Polish equivalent) when apt prompted me. The update then completed successfully and all package lists were refreshed.

I can double-check my repository configuration if you think something still looks wrong.

I explicitly answered “t” (“yes” in the Polish locale), not just Enter.

Unfortunately, I use CM5 and that inage didn’t play nice with my setup…

You could try modifying it to add cm5 functionality I wouldnt know how but I believe theres a relatively simple method.
