There is no firmware folder in /boot/ 
I’m not sure then, Kali isn’t really a daily driver distro anyways. Plus you’re not using the their custom kernel so some of the stuff won’t work right. If you do pen testing and the like you should roll your own distro for this device. You’d have a better experience.

I was getting libreoffice force closure when presentation is stopped, while using debian bookworm.
Solution is to install “libreoffice-pi” package.
