Hi wanted to share some positive feedback for Clockworkpi and Alex.
I have a 6 month old uConsole (Black/CM4/LTE module) that developed a single yellow line on the display (bout a third on the way up from the base). I had purchased another uConsole (Silver/No Board/No Addon) so I was going to email Alex anyway to get the whole follow up process started.
I mentioned to Alex in my email that my current device had developed this yellow line so could they ship a replacement display whenever my new one was set to ship. I was willing to pay for the replacement but Alex mentioned my current device was still under warranty and he could ship it as soon as I confirmed my shipping address.
Long story short, I got the replacement display about a week later, got it installed, and am a happy camper. I appreciate the promptness in Alexβs replies and yes, the shipment dates for the units still need improvement but again appreciate the quick turn around.
