I ordered on the 23rd of april still no news
Its been 13 business days from your order. There are no news from orders after 14 marchā¦
they better send it soon as im off on a extended holiday in a month or so
Ordered mine about a month ago (april 13th) still have yet to receive it. Have sent an email asking when itāll ship out (may 6th) & they replied with āYour Pico is still waiting to be manufacturedā
You are both being very impatient about your orders, on the webpage says 30 business days, this is without considering holidays or festive days in china, which may add up to
the days. Orders after 14 march still had no shipping date. Besides this is a new product and nobody knows for sure how orders usually take to be manufactured, shipped and delivered.
Buying from clockwork is a waiting game and its not something new that deliveries take time, you should considered that beforeā¦
i didnt know about all these delays before ordering
You can always ask for a refund if wait is too long
I recall when allowing 28 days shipping was standard, even for goods solely within a country as small as the United Kingdom.
thwill i bet you had to buy that with a postal order.
It would be just nice to be able to have a play around with the device during my holiday as i will have time. Also i worry if it gets delivered when im away it maybe returned to the sender or stolen
Plus the tokens cut off several packets of Weetabix for the item I am recalling .
I understand. Unfortunately previous Clockwork Pi products have often been delivered after youāve forgotten you ordered them. The situation with the PicoCalc currently looks better than that, but itās still a long way short of Amazonās instant gratification.
Best wishes,
Tom
Reply from Alex on delays:
"Hi Alex,
OK, thanks for the update.
Its unfortunate that the rest of the World has our shipping delayed because of USA politics. We are separate Countries, why canāt the shippers decouple Canada, EU and others from USA internal policies?

Hi Peter,
The US tariffs have been affecting the shipping process, not only for the parcels going to the USA.
But currently the queue has been moving faster than before. We might need just a few more days to get the tracking number."
Hi,
I ordered on 19/04/2025
To: France
Order: 366xx
Mail: none yet
Delivery: none yet
Ordered 4th May, I expected it to take at least a month anyway, so I
m building my own in the meantime.
This thing`s Fun!!!
I did something similar while I was waiting for mine. I am curious what you are using for a keyboard? I had a M5Stack Cardkb that I used in my build, but it was terrible. I would have liked to use a Solder Party bbq20 mini I2C keyboard, but I have not seen one for sale in years.
At the moment Im still using a terminal keyboard, I
v got the Pico2 on a freenove breakout board so each pin has its own buffered LED, this is powered with a 16350 5v/3.3v power module, and it
s hooked up to an ILI9341 and Im using the SD card slot on there too. I have seen the M5Stack Cardkb on Mouser a few times and even had it in my basket! but after the tarifs a lot of items on there became restricted and I couldn
t order any longer, so I have a couple of choices really, use my cardputer in Terminal mode, I also have a small PS/2 keyboard, or maybe shop around for a super small wired USB keyboard. I`m not after something as portable as the Picocalc, but I would like it not to have any third party dependancies, so mid-sized cyberdeck is fine by me, I just want to brush up and familiarise myself more with MMBASIC before the real deal gets here
