345xx placed 14th March and no sign yet but Clockwork claimed they were sticking to the ā30 business day shipping timeā when contacted..
They donāt tend to respond on the forums and probably wonāt even see this post. Email alex@clockworkpi.com and you should get a response.
Thereās a lot of activity on the discord with people posting their dates and order numbers. So far I donāt think any orders on the 14th or later have shipped. But the orders from the 13th have shipped and are arriving.
The only email message youāll get from Clockwork is when the order ships. And youāll also probably get a tracking email from the carrier (in my case DHL, but that might vary by country.) Orders generally arrive pretty quickly after that shipping email goes out.
Did you get yours yet?!
DHL says it will arrive sometime this evening. Iāll be out during the window, but did the āno signā thing in advance, so hopefully it will be waiting for me when I get back.

Shipped on March 22.
Received on March 26.
3 months.. still waiting.
What Iāve learned is that clockworkpi are terrible at communicating and their delivery estimates are worthless.
I waited over 6 months for my uConsole and the pico calc was a birthday present is now way late.

They are at the mercies of their suppliers. And if their suppliers canāt tell them when ClockworkPi will get their stuff, ClockworkPi canāt tell you when you are going to get your stuff.

So why do they promise you āitāll ship this monthā and then not do it?
Why do they still promise 30 working days shipping when they canāt?
Itās a terrible business model, just be HONEST with people, would that hurt?
instead the promises that arenāt met just annoy people and cause your business reputational damage.

They donāt āpromiseā:
- Based on the current supply chain and logistics situation, the estimated delivery time is approximately 30 business days.
There are 20 business days in a month, less if we take into account holidays. So 30 business days is at least 6 weeks. I received mine in 8 weeks, which given the world political climate is not bad.

Right. I wouldāve been quite happy with that experience. You ordered Apr 19, received Jun 18.
I ordered Mar 17ā¦ any ideas how āthe current supply chain and logistics situationā can explain that? Or is it more likely that Paula_Maddox is correct in their assessment? You people shouldnāt have to run defense, this company should manage themselves.

90 - 120 days. Was 30 days when it first launched. ClockworkPI has always had a hard time predicting theyre ship dates due all of the manufacturing being based in china.

They really need to manage expectations and on the website say 30-90 days.
Just be honest, thatās all Iām asking for.
Iāve now been told definitely July to ship.
Iām not holding my breath.
