Finally arrived, I built it with the Pico 2 W. I was hoping to just plug in a usb cable to the Pico it came with, do an āoption listā to get the default settings. Unfortunately, the Pico it came with did not appear to have a usb serial console. So I did it the hard way, figured out most of the settings using the schematic. The sdcard, screen, keyboard and audio work. I included an img of my option list.
Why canāt I find the default settings anywhere, you would think that would be essential information. I included the options I set so far, still need more.
Anyone have the standard options list?

Look at page 89 of the manual. That lists all the options and tells you what the default settings are, if any. Some options donāt have any default.

The mmbasic manual does not specific the essential information for the options to configure the hardware setting for specific hardware like the picocalc, nor would I expect it to. But I would expect this information to be in a getting started doc for the picocalc as they do promote the use of mmbasic. I did finally find this in this forum.

Addendum:
The PicoCalc arrived yesterday (excellently packaged), and assembly was quick.
Then I did a few small experiments with my dusty BASIC.
In addition to the forum, the current user manual (MM Basic) is very helpful/recommended ā thanks for the tip.
Today I replaced the Pico1 with a Pico2W (using the easy-to-flash current PicoMite (PicoMite_PICORP2350_V6.00.02RC23.uf2)) and installed an RTC clock (see post: RTC inside the case?)): everything works very well.
Thank you for the great product, the wait was worth it.

Look. I donāt know where you get your information. I ordered on May 11th and was promised my order being shipped before mid july. Guess who has not received any confirmation. At this point there is no way time estimates from Clockwork can be taken seriously anymore.
