Adding USB ports that also charge?

I’ve seen a few of you add in a USB port (Type A for quicker/easier compatibility with USB devices), has anyone added one with the ability to charge your GameShell?

My micro USB port is acting up and not connecting nor charging right now. I’ve contacted @yong via email for further support but I’m wondering if I could salvage this mainboard and upgrade to a micro USB port that I could use to also plug in a keyboard or mouse for instance?

Yes I am Alan and I received your email the other day. I have sent the mainboard back to you at the address you provided. It currently shows “in transit” on the US Postal Service website’s tracker.
