Being able to run things in the background would be huge. The device has a whole gig of ram, can we at least be able to go to the settings menu while a game is running? Or maybe the file explorer? So many times do I hit the menu button on accident and get booted out the game I was playing. Being able to press the menu button again to “tab” back into game instead of having to completely restart the emulation would be a huge QoL improvement.
Have you tried changing the configurations for user input 1 in retroarch?
I have mine set up to where the menu button just pulls up the menu, and holding shift and pressing the menu button exits the emulation. This helped me stop closing games on accident in the middle of emulation.
That would be a good idea, but at this point I’m so used to it.
