It should also be noted that the batteries are connected in parallel. This means that two 8 A batteries together can supply 16 A continuously. The bottleneck could be the circuitry on the motherboard, which would explain the improvement after replacing a capacitor.
I can’t imagine that a uConsole would draw such a high current continuously. Mathematics still applies, which means that it would only run for 26 minutes with two 3,500 mAh batteries (7 Ah / 16 A). The practical values are also significantly higher even with a CM5.
BTW: Where did you get this table? Was it created by an AI model?
I don’t think the power circuit of the uconsole can even provide 8A, and so with the batteries in parallel basically any 18650 is fine.
if you plan on swapping them regularly, protected cells might be a good idea though they’re harder to fit, otherwise be very careful about reverse polarity
Does anyone know of the 10,000 mah battery that fits in the box UConsole back cover with the hacker gadgets kit?
Yeh, details are available !
It means higher mah is good for Uconsole for long runtime.
Can someone have a look at this battery and let me know if it’s suitable for the hacker gadgets battery board below and will the dimensions of the battery fir the original case.
Compact and Lightweight: At just 11 x 60 x 102mm (0.43" x 2.36" x 4.0") and 162g,
To fit the board
9858102 is the recommended size I think, so that one is a few mm oversize in multiple directions
Do you have a link for AliExpress for this battery
Thanks I just ordered a few on AliExpress with JSP 2.0 on
