Clarification needed on the installation of the heat sink sheet that came with the CM4 adapter

This seems to be the same “graphene” heat sink sheet that was available as an upgrade for the A-06, I believe.
How do I use this with the CM4? Which side towards the SoC, which side towards the shell? Is one of the sides supposed to be sticky? The pictogram that came in the package seems to suggest the sheet should stick to the bottom shell?
And how am I supposed to use the thermal pads that came with it?

Has anyone else had luck with the heatsink that ships with the CM4? I’d love to see some pictures from anyone who installed it using only the components it came with. I originally bought a Devterm with the A06 and it came with a different, smaller heatsink. But I later got the CM4 adapter, and I recently managed to purchase a CM4 (8GB).
