DevTerm A06 Network Proxy HTTP/SOCKS Settings

Hi everyone. I want to use Clash for securing my network connections. The configuration instructions says I need to set network proxy HTTP to 127.0.0.1:7890 and SOCKS to 127.0.0.1:7891.

I have tried to go to WIFI → Edit Connections… → select the specific WIFI I have already connected → Proxy tab, but there seems to be only one slot for URL, rather than two (one for HTTP, one for SOCKS).

I have look around the Settings Manager but found no where to make these configurations. Does anyone know how to approach these configs?

I am not familiar with the interface yet, but is there this?

System→Preferences→Network Proxy

Otherwise I would say you could do it from the command line by modifying some configs like

vi /etc/apt/apt.conf

Adding something like:

Acquire::http::Proxy "127.0.0.1:7890";
Acquire::socks::Proxy "127.0.0.1:7891";

Note: I can’t guarantee that works, it was a fast example so better do a google research :stuck_out_tongue:
