DevTerm has no working keyboard and USB

After carefully assembling my DevTerm A06, I started it and the screen showed me boot and finally the desktop and a pop up to welcome.
But the keyboard does not respond.
I tried with an external keyboard, but nothing happens.
What can I do to analyse then fix this?

Of course, I already re opened it to check that the pogo pins from the keyboard are in proper contact.

Is it a common thing to have USB unusable with DevTerm?
If you have any idea, I’m open to suggestions.
For now, my DevTerm is an expensive piece of decoration on my desk :frowning:

Please email me alex@clockworkpi.com
I’ll send replacement.

Hi. Same issue here. My brother offer me his DevTermA06. The first boot is perfect all work fine. But after a while in the drawer, i have the same problem. No rolling mouse, no keyboard.

The keyboard work on usb on my laptop.

I reinstalled the os, now i have the welcome pop up but I can’t control it. I plugged a mouse and keyboard into the USB ports but they don’t react.

Any suggestion ?

Thanks for help

I found the problem, there was a bad connection between the battery module and the main board =)
