gameshell buttons not working proper (need help)

hi

i just got my gameshell and facing some issue with controls. sometime buttons not responding or need to press 2 times which make games hard to play. also not sure if its software setting or hardware problem

i try restart and check settings but still same

anyone faced this before or know fix pls help :folded_hands:

It’s a bit hard to judge.

The buttons on the GameShell are indeed not perfect, but under normal use they rarely require pressing twice. I’d suggest checking the assembly. Also, sharing some photos of the actual unit would help us make a better assessment together.
