Zoey is the right one for the order status. So far, your package was fine.

It is been sitting @ airport since the 18th, and the destination is “unknown”

I will ask Zoey to follow on this. Aside from asking the courier agent for the newest status, there’s not much else we can do once the package was sent out.

I think between all the questions about shipping there should be a

BIG thank you for your amazing work @vileer

All worked like a charm.

Another forum member had already made the excellent proposal to create a wiki for the upgrade kit, which anyone who has already successfully put the set into operation could contribute to. This would certainly be a great help to anyone who has not yet started the installation process.

Zoey merged the two orders by mistake. She will split them and send #5462 tomorrow.

Sorry if this is redundant, i can’t seem to find a post related to specifics. What type of run time should we be getting with this new board? Do we need to reset anything as far as battery management goes? Mine is messed up shutting off at 50% and I am getting 15 minute run times and batteries that previously gave much better performance.

Did you install a SSD?

Some are really power hungry…

Looks like I need to get a new backplate. The location of the CM5 changed with the new adapter… I guess I could just widen the current hole i have for the fan.

I got my kit in today and I am starting sort of from scratch because my SD card went bad and my system quit booting a couple of weeks ago or so, and I just waited for this to arrive. I have installed everything and installed Trixie on a new MicroSD card but I am getting just a black screen. Can we get some instructions from scratch? I would be much obliged. BTW, I also installed an SSD.

Just to clarify, I got all three boards.

Yeap… @vileer provided the shifts in an earlier post. with the back plate facing up.

  1. negligible movement down (~0.5mm)
  2. ~5mm to the left

i assume your custom cases has some allowance in the compute module cut outs.
i’m still waiting for my units  but i have a new back plate design in my CAD…. just waiting

Hi vileer, mine is still showing as not shipped. Thanksl #5731

Is there a driver package or something I need to do to get the NVMe working? I have mine installed, but it’s not even showing a power LED or activity LED, let alone showing in the OS. I checked my config.txt and PCIe is enabled.

Your order contains the radxa version, so it’s not in the already shipped list.

Hey vileer, what about #5336?

#5336 contains an AIO v2. We are supposed to receive the board from JLCPCB on 27th. After few days testing and packing, we will ship it out.

I cut open the backplate on my unit to accommodate the fan a year ago. Just ordered a new backplate so I can alter it with the new location.

hi, thank you for the reply.

Could Zoey send me the tracking number so i can check the shipping status?

Thank you in advance

what’s the price of a new front / backplate?
