Presumably someone also checks and answers email sent to help@clockworkpi.com but I haven’t seen that address mentioned in a very long time on the forums.

Chinese New Year holidays went on for much of January and February, but they should be over now. And Alex usually responds quickly to email.

I had a quick back and forth with him to take the cm4 off my order, and he always responded within a day or two.
